CurbScape takes time to work closely with clients to select a design, pattern and colors to meet or exceed their expectations and answer all questions.
CurbScape performs mixing, coloring, pouring, stamping, and finishing of landscape curbing at the clients location. Upon completion we perform a walk through with clients to ensure quality standards are met.
Set UpOur equipment is usually parked in the adjacent street. All we require from our clients is a water source to hook up a garden hose. |
Sod RemovalThe curb layout is completed by marking lines on the grass to meet our client’s specification. A strip of sod is removed for preparing the curb bed. |
Mixing & ColoringOur exclusive mix of concrete, color and strengthening additives are mixed on site. We take great pride in caring for our client’s property by leaving it clean and neat. Ask us about our Cleanliness Guarantee! |
ExtrusionOur state of the art curbing extruder feeds steel cable precisely into the concrete extrusion. During the extrusion process, the concrete is compacted to provide optimum strength to avoid fracture cracking. |
FinishingCurbing is hand finished with care to provide a uniform finish, straight lines and smooth curves to professionally accentuate our client’s landscaping and provide a smooth clean edge. |
Design ApplicationWe enjoy working with clients to select their design pattern. The secondary color provides an antiquing effect by emphasizing pattern depth with a complementary secondary color. |
Control JointsControl cuts are placed every two feet to allow the curbing to flex during the freeze/thaw cycle. Control cuts are an effective way to avoid any unsightly lateral cracking or chipping. Our DuraCurb cable system provides the added strength to prevent unsightly curbing movement. |
SealingWe use top quality sealing products to protect from the sun’s ultra-violet rays. Our sealer provides a professional, long-lasting finish that produces vibrant colors and an attractive finish. |
